What I do
As a health and wellness coach, I help you, a young adult, find what you need to better care for your whole self and develop healthy habits for your mind, heart, and body. Anchoring yourself in healthy habits will help you face challenges and embrace opportunities to live your best life and will have a lasting impact for years to come.

Develop healthy thinking patterns, mindful awareness, & positivity to diminish stress, anxiety, and worry.

Clarify your values and develop emotional strength to feel more confident, empowered, and less affected by life’s daily challenges.

Practice healthy lifestyle behaviors in areas of nutrition, exercise, and sleep to care for your whole self and prevent illness.

I can guide you to cultivate a higher level of health and wellbeing, but I am not a therapist or a counselor. I don’t diagnose or treat serious medical conditions.

How I work
So, how do I help you develop lasting healthy self-care habits?
I come to you, in-person or virtually, whether it’s your kitchen or a coffee shop. Working with clients in the comfort of their own environment is efficient and impactful.
We learn together by doing. Whether it is a calming practice, walking in the natural outdoors, preparing a nutritious meal, or brainstorming solutions to a challenge. My coaching is action-oriented.
I work with the entirety of you. The mind and body are interconnected and can not be separated. Improving habits of your mind will improve your physical health. Improving the habits of your body will improve the health of your mind.
You determine the agenda and I will provide the structure. My empathetic presence will be your guide. My formula breaks down goals into small, intentional steps that will move you towards a balanced well-being.
Everyone’s needs are different; I tailor my sessions and services to fit each individual. It is essential for you to show up with a willingness to look within. I work with you because YOU want to change and better your health and wellness.
