About Me
Life can be overwhelming. Let’s work together to figure out what you need to flourish.
Today’s culture presents challenges to living healthy and balanced. I understand that navigating independence can be complex. I have worked with young adults throughout my career and have three young adult children. You are smart, savvy, and have all the needed ingredients to be the expert of your health and take control of what you can do to live your best life.
I am a board certified and insured health coach. I blend my integrative health coaching techniques, tools, and evidence based change approaches with 30 years of rehabilitation experience as an occupational therapist to empower you to make positive changes. My methods help foster habitual growth that improve functional daily independence, quality of life, and wellbeing.

What People Are Saying
“Ann has been the best support for my health and wellness. She is dedicated to helping me make changes. Some of the things we work on are nutrition, talking about positive things in my life (and sometimes negative or hard things), and mindfulness. Ann is outstanding!”
— Ava, 22
“My son, who is developmentally disabled, started working with Ann over a year ago. She has been an inspiration to him and has really encouraged him to improve his health. She meets with him weekly and pushes him just enough to make progress without discouraging him. We really appreciate Ann's positive attitude and willingness to work with him.”
— Joye, mother of client
“Coaching helps me keep my brain thoughts inline.”
— David, 22
“Coaching has helped me find ways to make relatively minor changes that add up to significant benefits for my health.”
— Andrew, 26
There are not enough words in my vocabulary to fully express just what Ann means to our family! Our daughter has ASD and has been working with Ann for about 3 years. The growth we have seen in Kayla is WAY beyond what we had expected or dared to hope for. Ann is truly AMAZING and one of the most important support people Kayla has ever worked with. We are so grateful to have found her!!!!!
— Kathleen, mother of client
"I wanted to become overall a healthier individual but was struggling to find that on my own. I know I needed the right resources and the external motivation, accountability, and support to begin taking the strides to find the real me and who I want to be In life. Ann's knowledge and encouragement has improved my overall mental and physical health. I would recommend her to anyone!"
